Stepping inside KoolBa you are struck by the rich colours, textures and aromas provoking memories of mystical
times from Alexander the Great to Lawrence of Arabia and are instantly cocooned in its warmth.

Persian food has an ancient heritage with roots originating from as diverse a field as royal kitchens, peasant
farmers and nomadic tribal campfires and stretches from Greece to Tibet and Sri Lanka. It is the product of a
very intimate relationship between the land and the people. It is nutritionally balanced and its survival through
the centuries, is a testimony of its enduring appeal of delicate flavours. These flavours are brought out through
the marinating process and then fused whilst gently cooked on the barbeque grill.
