Our philosophy is to create an experience for our customers and not just a meal, taking you on a journey to the Middle East. We use traditional cooking methods to provide a unique dining experience.

KoolBa, is the only restaurant in Scotland to serve Indian and Persian food.
Traditional Persian dishes, which are healthy, full of flavour and of the highest quality are all made using fresh, locally sourced, Scottish produce. This coupled with a wine list featuring many award winners - all go hand in hand to create a unique dining experience and one you will remember.
